We have been working in and with schools, teachers and students for nearly 40 years either in classrooms, advising teachers and curriculums or working outdoors. On top of teaching and leading in schools we have successfully:

• Carried out needs analysis and developed bespoke CPD for schools, departments and teachers for the University of Southampton & STEM Learning.
• Developed curriculums on Science and STEAM internationally for multiple countries.
• Led and quality assured teams writing lessons and content for external companies.
• Taught and developed outdoor resources for use in schools to combine bushcraft activities with learning.
• Ran and managed Duke of Edinburgh centres and expeditions.
